"We used Powerstation and DJ Erik for our wedding at the Burr Mansion in Fairfield.

The powerstation team was professional, communicative, and organized from start to finish. On the day of, the event production team was early to set up our three separate sound systems.

DJ Erik was a perfect fit for our wedding. He accommodated our requests, was in sync with our music tastes, kept a great flow to the night, and was very communicative. He coordinated all music and mics flawlessly during the ceremony, and kept us on schedule with speeches and dances during the reception.

He came recommended from Jesse during our first intro call and I'm so glad we got to work with him. When we had our call with Erik prior to the wedding, we knew he understood our vibe. He was amazing at reading the room and kept the energy high the entire night.

"Erik with Powerstation Events had his work cut out as we were most nervous and stressed about music.

We are very picky with regards to music. We really did not want any typical wedding music (Shout, Macarena, Ed Sheeran, John Legend, etc). Erik was great at listening to us, but also keeping a pulse on what the crowd responded to.

We felt like we had a great partner shaping the mood of our day, who understood what we were looking to accomplish. We wanted to have fun, we wanted to be inspired to dance and what we listen to at home maybe isn't so wedding appropriate (e.g. Slut Pop by Kim Petras). Everyone commented at how fun the night was and a big part of that was the music and because we were dancing others danced. One of the grooms even split their pants all the way through from dancing.
