Do you offer cinematic wedding films?
Yes. We specialize in cinematic storytelling that captures the emotion, atmosphere, and genuine moments of your wedding day while still documenting all of the important events.
How many videographers will be at my wedding?
Most couples choose one videographer, but larger weddings or couples wanting multiple angles often add a second videographer for more comprehensive coverage.
Do you record the ceremony and speeches in full?
Absolutely. With any of our videography packages, we professionally capture your
ceremony, vows, speeches, and other important moments with high-quality audio so you can relive them exactly as they happened.
Will you record our vows and speeches with clear audio?
Yes. With any of our videography packages, we use professional wireless microphones and dedicated audio equipment to ensure your vows, officiant, and speeches are captured clearly.
Can we book photography and videography together?
Absolutely!!! Grace & Gold Studio offers both photography and videography, making it easy to have one experienced creative team documenting your entire wedding day.
Do you offer drone footage?
Yes, when weather, venue regulations, and FAA restrictions allow. Drone footage is a beautiful way to showcase your venue and add cinematic aerial perspectives. Drone coverage can be added to any videography package.
What parts of the day are typically included with drone coverage?
Upon arrival, our drone operator begins by filming stunning aerial footage of your venue and the surrounding landscape. We typically fly during your private photo session or outdoor cocktail hour, when conditions are ideal for capturing breathtaking cinematic shots. For couples looking for more comprehensive coverage, we also offer drone filming of key moments such as your ceremony and first look.
Can you create social media videos or wedding reels?
Yes. We offer dedicated Wedding Reels and Content Creator packages designed specifically for social media, with quick turnaround times so you can relive and share your favorite moments soon after your wedding.
Should I hire a wedding videographer if I already have a photographer?
Photography freezes moments in time, while videography preserves movement, voices, laughter, vows, music, and emotions. Together, they tell the complete story of your wedding day.

We focus on capturing genuine moments as they naturally unfold, allowing you to be fully present while keeping our presence and direction to a minimum. The result is a timeless film that feels authentic, emotional, and beautifully crafted.
When do most couples begin their video coverage?
Many couples choose to begin their video coverage shortly before the ceremony, allowing us to capture the venue details, guest arrivals, and the anticipation leading up to the processional. Many also choose to include the final moments of getting ready, or a first look and portrait session before the ceremony. Every wedding day is unique, and we're happy to help you build a coverage timeline that best reflects your plans and priorities.
Do you offer vertical video?
Yes we do! Our Content Creator packages all include vertical video, so your reels are properly formatted for TikTok, Instagram, and other social media outlets.
When can we expect to receive our videos?
Delivery times vary depending on the package you choose.
For our Content Creator package, all videos are delivered within two weeks of your wedding day, though we aim to have everything ready within the first week whenever possible.
For our videography collections, your completed wedding film will be delivered within three months of your wedding date, with shorter videos delivered in between.
How far are you willing to travel?
We cover venues across Connecticut and even into surrounding areas of New York and New England. Additional travel fees may apply for weddings more than 50 miles from our location. Destination wedding packages are also available.
How do we reserve our wedding date?
Simply contact our team to confirm availability. Once your contract is signed and your retainer is received, your wedding date is officially reserved.
