I prioritize building meaningful relationships, creating inclusive spaces where all love is honored, and caring for each wedding as if it were my own. I value collaboration and believe the best celebrations come to life when couples, vendors, and planners work together with trust, creativity, and a shared vision. By combining thoughtful coordination with creative problem-solving, I help bring each couple’s unique story to life.

Having Sarah has our day of wedding coordinator was the best decision. She was so detail oriented, organized, thoughtful and was able to think on the spot. When we had a sudden downpour right before our outdoor ceremony she was able to think on her feet to figure out a plan b and made sure the ceremony spot was beautiful, and of course set and dry for all the guests. I had no idea it was chaos right before I walked down the aisle. She didn’t even let me stress for a second.   • Do I still need a Day-Of Coordinator if my venue has a coordinator?

    Yes. A venue coordinator represents the venue and manages venue-related responsibilities. Sarah represents you and oversees all aspects of your wedding day, including vendors, timelines, wedding party coordination, and guest logistics.

  • What is the difference between a Wedding Planner and a Wedding Coordinator?

    A Wedding Planner is involved throughout the planning process, helping with vendor selection, budgeting, design, timelines, and overall event planning.


    A Wedding Coordinator focuses on bringing your plans to life. Sarah steps in before the wedding to review your details, coordinate with vendors, finalize timelines, and manage the logistics of your wedding day so everything runs smoothly. 


    Think of it this way: A planner helps you create the plan. A coordinator helps execute it. 💍

    While Sarah specializes in weddings, coordination services may also be available for other special events such as Sweet 16s, Retirement parties, Vow Renewals, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs, and so much more!

    We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak wedding season, to ensure availability.

  • Can I add additional support?

    Absolutely. An Additional Event Assistant can be added for larger weddings, multiple locations, or events that require extra logistical support.

  • Who do guests and vendors contact on the wedding day?

    Sarah steps in as the primary point of contact for your guests, vendors, family, and wedding party. She’ll handle all the day-of details and logistics, leaving you free to completely unplug, stay in the moment, and enjoy every second of your celebration.

  • How many hours of coverage are included?

    Our Day-Of Coordination package includes 10 hours of dedicated coverage on your wedding day.

  • What happens if a problem comes up on my wedding day?

    That's exactly why Sarah is there. Whether it's a timeline adjustment, vendor question, family concern, or unexpected issue, Sarah works behind the scenes to resolve it before it impacts your experience.

  • Will Sarah attend my ceremony rehearsal?
